For a show at the Opéra Bastille, please present this voucher at the venue's “Protocole” desk, located on the left in the hall as you enter. You can collect your final ticket starting from 90 minutes before the beginning of the performance.
For a show at the Opéra Garnier, please present this voucher at the front desk, located on the right in the hall as you enter. You can collect your final ticket starting from 90 minutes before the beginning of the performance.
You will receive your seating assignment upon arrival, and you will be personally attended to by the venue’s staff.
Be sure to arrive at the venue at least 45 minutes before the showtime indicated on this voucher. In the event of a late arrival, access to the show is not guaranteed.
It is not customary to give a “pourboire” to the ushers of the Paris Opera.
If all of your tickets are in the same category and were included in the same basket at the time of purchase on theatreinparis.com, your seats will always be allocated side by side. In the exceptional case that there are no seats available side by side, our customer service team will contact you.
