Be sure to arrive at the venue at least 45 minutes before the showtime indicated on this voucher. For the performances at 8:00 p.m., doors close at 7:55 p.m. and for the performances at 3:00 p.m., doors close at 2:55 p.m. In case of late arrival, access to the show is not guaranteed.

You will receive your final tickets with seating assignment upon your arrival, and the venue staff will guide you to your seats.

It is traditional and customary among the French to give a small “pourboire” to the usher (usually between 2 and 5 EUR), after he or she shows you to your seats. We therefore suggest you bring some small change the night of your show.

If all your tickets are in the same category and were included in the same basket at the time of purchase on theatreinparis.com, your seats will always be allocated side by side. In the exceptional case that there are no seats available side by side, our customer service team will contact you.

As part of the Vigipirate Plan, the theatre is carrying out systematic checks on personal belongings. We therefore encourage you to arrive at the theatre well in advance to avoid any inconvenience caused by delays. The theatre doors will open one hour before the start of the show. 

Please note that access to the theatre will be refused to anyone arriving with luggage, bulky objects or electric bicycle batteries. Only small bags, such as handbags and helmets, will be allowed into the cloakroom.
