Seating within each category is not assigned in this venue. Please note that you will be seated on a first come – first serve basis in the category you have chosen.

Please be sure to arrive at the venue at least 40 minutes before the showtime indicated on this voucher. The chapel doors will be closed five minutes before the start of the concert. In the case of a late arrival, access to the show will not be permitted. Since the Sainte-Chapelle is not heated during winter, we advise you to cover up accordingly so as not to get cold.

Due to its location within the Palais de Justice de Paris, the Sainte-Chapelle is subject to specific security and safety regulations implemented by the establishment. During periods when the Vigipirate security plan is in effect, a security perimeter may be established around the Palais de Justice. Visitors should note the following procedures:

• Access to the monument requires passing through a security screening. Visitors must present a valid ticket for screening.
• Entry to the Sainte-Chapelle is available from the left bank via the Pont Saint-Michel and from the right bank via the Pont au Change.
• Certain items are prohibited within the security perimeter, including motorcycle helmets, aerosols, sharp metal objects (such as knives, scissors, and pliers), large bags or luggage, scooters, skateboards, and rollerblades. Strollers are permitted, but must be compact and collapsible to pass through X-ray detection machines smoothly.

If your booking includes Champagne: you will be able to benefit from your glass of champagne before or after the show at the ‘Brasserie des deux Palais’, located just in front of the Sainte-Chapelle entrance door at 3 Boulevard du Palais, 75004. Present this voucher at the restaurant entrance and the staff will take care of you.

If your booking includes Wine & Tapas: you will be able to benefit from a glass of wine and 3 tapas after the show or the next day, at the restaurant 'La Chope des Compagnons', located 86 Quai de l’Hôtel de ville, 75004, only 10 minutes away from the Sainte-Chapelle. Present the ticket received in a separate email at the restaurant's entrance and the staff will take care of you.
